The fan motors on these units have all been tested thoroughly. They have passed the two thousand hours durability test, and for the metal housings heavy duty powder paint has been used in order to pass the ninety-six hour salt-spray test. Each fan uses high quality ball bearings for long life and silent running. Fuji carbon brushes are used within the motor for the best performance. Armatures are wound using computer aided machines for the highest performance and balanced for super smooth running. Top grade permanent magnets are used on every motor. Prior to shopping each individual unit is tested by a computerised load tester. The blade and shroud used is made from nylon with 30% fibre glass to prevent deforming under high temperature circumstances. Quality is utmost importance.
Units are available in 9, 10, 12, 14 and 16 inch and are all reversible so can be mounted either in front of or behind the radiator depending on whether you want to push or pull the air.
