Warranty:
Parts purchased, only, are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of proven receipt of goods or otherwise the invoice date.Exchanges:
Parts will be exchanged providing they are not damaged and failure is not due to other factors (i.e. resultant damage).We will not be held responsible for any associated labour charges.
We reserve the right to return goods to manufacturer for investigation before goods are exchanged.
In these cases replacement goods can be sent, but will be charged for, a refund is then given on confirmation of a manufacturing fault.
Email Orders:
We recommend that any email order be sent with a proof of receipt notice so you know we have received it.Delivery
Parts ordered are not delivered on a 'Signed For On Delivery' Basis.If damaged please signed for as 'damaged' or courier insurance is voided at your loss.
Goods not received will be re-delivered then returned to source at your cost.
i.e. delivery + return + re-send = triple delivery cost.
